Hey, guys. It's Jake here with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the MaxxFan Mini Plus rooftop vent fan. Now, this fan is gonna be a really nice addition to your camper, your RV or a conversion van like we're doing today. The reason I like this one for a conversion van is because you're gonna be so limited on space, the hole size you're gonna have to cut out is still gonna be a 14 by 14 hole. So, you first wanna decide if you're okay with drilling that big of a hole in your roof, but for this van, it worked out perfect 'cause we do have some solar panels that are really close because we are using pretty much this entire roof from end to end. more

MaxxFan Dome Roof Vent Installation- Video
Hey, guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today we have the Maxxfan Dome vent fan. It's a six-inch fan that goes on the roof of your RV. It will have a 12-volt fan on the inside, so you can use it to pull hot air out or to circulate air on the inside. Now the fan itself is going to be six inches, but the footprint of the fan is going to be about 10-inches wide. So you want to be sure that you have at least 10 inches of space. more

Hey guys, this is Jake here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at and I'm gonna show you how to install the Dometic Roof Vent Fan. This fan is gonna be a great addition or a great upgrade to a fan that you might already have. A lot of the traditional vent fans that come with your RV, if you're putting it in RV, we have this in an enclosed trailer. Some enclosed trailers will come with these vents too, because these trailers will get so hot during the day. But typically the fan's only about four inches and it's like in the corner and honestly, they don't really do anything. more

Hi there, Keystone owners. Today on your 2016 Keystone Hideout we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the MaxxFan Deluxe. And this is what our MaxxFan looks like when it's installed. Compared to the previous fan that was here, this one's gonna give you a much more usable fan that's gonna work in various weather conditions. The traditional style vent fans that you have, they do have a cover that opens up, so you can draw in fresh air but once that cover is open, moisture and, depending on where you're at, maybe even dirt and debris, if you're in like a dusty, more deserty area, can potentially get inside and then you now got moisture inside of areas where you don't want, potentially damaging components. Or if it's that dusty area, now you got a bunch of dirt and debris that's now getting inside of your motor home coating things that you don't like. more

And today we're gonna be showing you how to install the MaxxAir MaxxFan Mini Plus here on our 2022 Grand Design Imagine Travel trailer. here on our 2022 Grand Design Imagine Travel trailer. So originally our neighbor today had purchased two of the MaxxAir Deluxe fans two of the MaxxAir Deluxe fans that have the giant rain shield that kind of scoops back and covers up the vent itself. But once we got up on the roof and saw that there was some other stuff in the way we just realized that it just wasn't gonna fit. So to keep that rain shield and still have the ability to have our fan running, anytime it's raining or if we're going on the highway, we had to switch over to the Mini Plus which will simply have that same scoop but just not nearly as big. more

Hey guys, Kevin here at etrailer and today I will be showing you how to install the Ultra-fab mini solar powered plumbing vents here on our 2022 Grand Design Imagine Travel Trailer. So as you can see, our vent is just a little bit bigger than our original one, but the main thing here is that our new one is going to have an actual fan in it which is gonna help lift up that air inside of your tanks and vent them out up above your trailer so that you're not smelling that and so that it's not building up all that pressure inside of your tanks. And since this is solar powered and it does not have an actual battery in it, this is only gonna run when the sun's actually beating down on that panel, providing power for that fan. So this will not actually work during nighttime hours, or if you're a real cloudy day and your panel's not really getting any sunlight. As far as installation goes, it is super simple. Like I said, there's no wires to hook up, nothing like that 'cause it's all solar powered. more

Hey, guys, Kevin here at etrailer, and today, I'm gonna be showing you how to install the MAXXAIR MaxxFan Deluxe here on our 2022 Grain Design Imagine Travel Trailer. So our neighbor today wanted to upgrade his vents. He did have 12-volt-powered vents in his trailer, but he wanted to switch to something a little bit more sophisticated that looked a little bit nicer with our MAXXAIR Fan Deluxe. It has a super slick-looking rain shield that allows you to run your vent at any time, whether it's inclement weather, maybe it's raining, or if you're driving down the highway, you can still have your vent open and exhausting that stale air out of your camper, whereas other vents can't do that, and also just the compatibility with the remote and the ability to change the fan speed and the temperature settings just overall, make this a whole lot more enjoyable while you're camping. Up in our roof vent lid, there is a bug shield on the back where you actually have the air vent out of our ceiling vent here, but there's also the added protection of the bug shield right here, which can easily be replaced or pulled down for cleaning just by simply twisting these brackets around to pull the bug shield down. As you can see, right next to that, we have our controls, your on/off, your reversible, switching your fan from manual to auto, and then opening and closing your lid as well as a manual turn knob in the event that you lose power or if you're wanting to have the vent open without the fan running, whenever you're pulling your trailer down the highway. more

Hey guys, Kevin here with etrailer. And today I'm gonna be showing you how to install the Maxxair MaxxFan Deluxe on our enclosed trailer build. So, if you're planning on transforming an enclosed trailer into an actual camper trailer, maybe take it out in the woods, maybe go Boondocking, maybe to a state park, any other kind of camp site. You're gonna want to have some set of cooling system so that you're not sweating out there in the hot summer days and nights. Most of the time your enclosed trailers aren't gonna come with any vents. Sometimes it will come with a little vent that's gonna allow air to come through your trailer as you're traveling, but when you're stationary in your campsite, you're not gonna have any airflow. more

Adding a vent cover like this onto your vents is gonna allow you to do a lot of different things. One, it's gonna allow you to open your vent while you're traveling, because a lot of vent covers by their self are bent lids. You cannot travel with them open. more

Hi, there are RV and camper owners. Today we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install MaxxFan's deluxe RV roof vent, fan with thermostat. And this is what our vent looks like when it's installed. We've currently got it in the functioning position where it raises itself up and the exhaust and intake are both going to be located here on the backside. And since this is underneath, that means that we can use this in any weather. Whether it's raining or snowing out, the moisture is going to hit on top here, and we're not going to suck it in and it's not going to get inside. more

Smoke is going to be similar, but it's going to be a transparent, almost like a tinted window in a way. Shane: Hey guys. Shane here with etrailer.com. Today I have a 2016 Keystone Cougar X-Lite fifth wheel trailer and I want to walk through how to install the Max Air vent cover. These are going to allow you to use your vent open at all times, even while you're traveling, which most of the time you can't. Once you're taken off, you don't have a cover, you have to close it because it could break the lid. It's also going to prevent your vent cover or vent lid from cracking over time or having to be replaced over time. more

These vents are going to be by JR Products they are going to come in three different colors. They're going to come in black, white, or brown. They're also going to come in dampered and undampered. So the reason we had to replace this one, as you can see this one's kind of bent with this being sticking up like this it's easy way to cut your foot. more

The great thing about adding a vent cover either on top of your RV's vents or on top of your camper vents, is it's going to serve a lot of different purposes. One, it's going to protect the lids on your vent so you don't have to replace them as often. Two, it's going to allow you to travel with your vents open, which you normally wouldn't be able to do. more

Today in our 2018, Jayco Seneca motor home, we're going to take a look at the MaxxFan Plus roof vent with 12 volt fan, thermostat and remote, powered lift, in smoke. Part number MA00-04500K.This is what our MaxxAir vent and fan looks like when it's installed. This is going to be a great upgrade from your traditional manual vent fan, that you may have in your RV or camper bathroom now. On the traditional ones you have a knob that you have to reach up and turn to open it, and you have a single button that you push to turn the fan on. What sets this apart from those, is this fan has ten speeds. You can go from ten percent speed up to a hundred percent speed. more

We're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Maxxfan Deluxe Roof Vent with 12 volt fan, part number MA00-06401K.So here's what our Maxxfan Deluxe roof vent with fan looks like once we have it installed. Now, this is going to allow all that stale hot air to escape out the room so we can enjoy our time inside of our toy hauler, not to mention having all those fumes when we have our toys inside, getting them a space to escape. Our fans going to have a total of four different speeds. And with a simple push of a button right here on the top of the fan, we can cycle it through. And even with the fan on high, it's still relatively quiet to where we can hold a conversation without really having to get loud.If we come over to the other side, we'll have this turn knob here where we can manually open or close the lid so we can either let air exhaust out or if we close it while the fan's still going, the fan will go into ceiling fan mode and it's going to push the air down, and it's going to circulate the air inside a lot better.The fan itself is going to have a 12 inch diameter and 10 blades on it. more
